The house, called Scaldis, is a fully restored stone built country house in Tarn, South-West France with it's own swimming pool and traditional barbecue. Whilst being in a lovely tranquil spot surrounded by rolling hills and meadows it has direct views of, and is less than 5 minutes drive from the historic medieval bastide town of Cordes-sur-Ciel where there are many restaurants, bars and shops and a weekly street market. Scaldis is set in grounds of 21/4 acres, sleeps 7, and is part air-conditioned. It features a woodburning stove, beamed ceilings, exposed stonework, and french windows to the terrace.
Albi is about 20 minutes drive, Rodez Airport and vibrant Toulouse with it's International Airport about one hour by car. Ideal area for golf, fishing, canoeing, cycling, riding, walking, birdwatching etc. and there are many vineyards in the local region.
